About Me
This website is a collection of projects I've completed for my classes.
I started out by taking a Coding Bootcamp at the University of Miami in 2020, which inspired me to take a course in User Experience Design through eCornell. These courses sparked my curiosity about how to create better learning experiences for students of all ages. I realized that I could combine my interests in theatre, education, and technology by studying Instructional Design. Harvard Extension School, the best-kept secret in higher education, offers a clear path to earn a credential in this vital and vibrant field.
- I completed the Learning Design & Technology Certificate in May 2022.
- I am also pursuing the Web Technologies Graduate Certificate.
- I expect to complete my master's degree in Spring 2024.
Skills
Here are some of the languages and technology tools I have learned along my journey:
HTML
HTML is one of the first coding languages many developers learn. It allows us to define the content of pages on the web.
CSS
Once we've generated content, we can add style by designing layouts, adding colors, formatting text, and much more!
JavaScript
JavaScript is a programming language, which means that we can add functionality and interactions to our pages and the content within them.
P5
P5 is a JavaScript library which assists us with drawing and animating shapes on a webpage.
D3
D3, or Data-Driven Documents, is another JavaScript library that allows us to render data as charts or other visual elements.
Framer
Framer is a tool that facilitates the creation of wireframes and prototypes of web pages and applications.
